• It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Utility Clerk of an account closing and it must be 5 days prior to moving from service location. The notice should be in writing and can be faxed to 838-7616 or by email.  

  • If notice is not given to the Utility Clerk, then the customer is responsible for all utility charges until a notice is given. 

  •  The customer must provide a new address to forward the final bill. 

  • The customer must provide a new contact number for final billing questions or notifications.  

  • Deposits can be applied to any outstanding balance on the account. Any credit balance will be refunded to the customer's name on the account.  

  • Any account that has a remaining balance will be turned over to a collection agency after 30 days.
