NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WILKESBORO ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Wilkesboro Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room at Wilkesboro Town Hall, 203 West Main Street, Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Use Permit for the proposed Rural King development at 1605 Curtis Bridge Road. The request concerns the proposed retail development and associated site improvements, including planned outdoor sales areas. Interested persons may attend the hearing and will be heard.
