ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Wilkesboro Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the Wilkesboro Town Hall lobby located at 203 West Main Street, Wilkesboro, North Carolina, to consider a variance request submitted on behalf of Rural King for property located at 1605 Curtis Bridge Road, Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
The applicant requests relief from several aspects of Wilkesboro Zoning Ordinance § 156.526 pertaining to single and multi-tenant retail buildings greater than 30,000 square feet in order to open a retail facility at an existing building at 1605 Curtis Bridge Road, Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
All interested persons are invited to attend and they will be heard.
