The Mayor of the Town of Wilkesboro hereby calls a SPECIAL MEETING of the Wilkesboro Town Council at the time, place, and for the purposes set out below:

PURPOSE: 1. Closed Session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to NCGS 143-318.ll(a)(6) to include the possible appointment of an interim town manager.
