We Are Preserving History
- Since 1811 the Old Wilkesboro Presbyterian Church Cemetery has served as a final resting place for loved ones. Join the Rendezvous Mountain Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (RMC NSDAR), the Town of Wilkesboro, and your community as we serve together to honor our ancestors, preserve history, educate the next generation, show patriotism, and celebrate the 250th birthday of America.
- We invite you and your family members to team up with our knowledgeable preservationists to unveil the historic headstones that algae, lichen, weather, and erosion have hidden.
- All children under 18 years of age must remain with their parent or authorized guardian while participating.
